Pre-Natal Massage

Specialized techniques designed especially with the Mom-to-be in mind.  Pre-Natal Certified therapists help to soothe, relax, and alleviate the aches and pains that can accompany pregnancy. *Please consult your physician before your appointment.

Hot Stone Therapy

A luxuriously soothing massage coupled with the therapeutic effects of Hot Basalt Lava Stones.  These stones are heated and incorporated into a full body massage, either to warm tense areas or used as heated massage tools.

Ear Candling

A centuries-old technique, ear candling is a natural and soothing treatment that dislodges foreign debris, softens old ear wax and helps evaporate excess moisture. Ear candles are believed to help relieve earache pain, provide relief from pressure in the sinuses and allow the ear to naturally push out old ear wax. Candling may also have an effect on sinus issues, sore throat, ear ache, swimmer's ear, some chronic headaches, allergies and hearing difficulties.

  Precautions
   Massage is not recommended:
  • For people with infectious skin disease, rash, or open wounds.
  • Immediately after some surgeries.
  • Immediately after chemotherapy or radiation, unless recommended by your doctor.
  • People p rone to blood clots. There is a risk of blood clots being dislodged. If you have heart disease, check with your doctor before getting a massage.
  • Pregnant women should check with their doctor first if they are considering massage therapy. Massage in pregnant women should be done by massage therapists who are certified in pregnancy massage.
  • Massage should not be done directly over bruises, inflamed skin, unhealed wounds, tumors, abdominal hernia, or areas of recent fractures.
  Additional Tips
  • Don’t eat a heavy meal before the massage.
  • If it's your first time at the clinic or spa, arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete the necessary forms. Otherwise, arrive 5 minutes early so you can have a few minutes to rest and relax before starting the massage.
  • Be sure that your massage therapist has your complete health history, as people with certain conditions should not have Thai massage.
  • If you feel discomfort at any time, let your massage therapist know right away.
